When it comes to being apart of Social Networks and online shopping, a lot of people hate to give out their information. I'm one of those people, but I try not to be. Theres always that slim chance that something might leak out but whats the worst that can happen right? I've actually known a few people that had their card numbers taken from the Internet and lost a lot of money. Even though i'm sure I wouldnt make the mistake they would, you just never know.
On social networks and online dating sites, there are quite a few weirdos out there. So many people try to add me online that I have no idea who they are, and that freaks me out. I make sure that all of my pages are completely hidden from non-friends online. At the same time, I feel like people make such a big deal over privacy and that you are almost 100% guaranteed to get your information taken, but as long as you play it smart you should be just fine.

Gotta love social networks!
When I get on the computer I always catch myself getting on Facebook. This is a natural problem these days for many people because facebook is like another world. I use Facebook to keep in touch with all my friends and also to see what they have been up to. There are also a lot of different games you can take place in with your friends on facebook. Other than Facebook, MySpace and Twitter are another two major social networks.
However, aside from all the good things that social networking has, there is also a downside. Social networking can cause a lot of problems. A lot of people become "creepers" on there boyfriend/girlfriend causing a lot of relationship problems. Another problem for some people is that there employer might come across there site and see things that they do not like. Lastly, a lot of "cyber bullying" is done online, which has became a big problem. Social networking can sometime be a nuisance.
Even though people sometimes come across these problems, social networking will always be a guilty pleasure. So next time you're doing some homework, force yourself to stay off your social network!

Onlineeee Classesss
This is the first semester that i've had online classes, and I love it! I love having the freedom to be able to work on papers and projects at my own leisure. Online classes also have past information you have learned and you are always able to check back and refresh your memory. I also love to be able to email the teacher with any questions I might have.
What would you rather do? Go to class or sit in bed and work on it with your laptop? The answer is obvious. I feel like my mind is more at ease with online classes cause I can get in my own zone and be able to relax. I also love being able to check my grades gradually through the quarter to stay on top of things.
From now on I plan to continue to take a few online classes throughout my college education. I feel that more students will do this in the future.

College liiiiife
When it comes down to having to start a career, you have to ask a lot of questions. Back in my high school days I had no idea what I wanted to do. Eventually, I decided on getting into the medical field and going to school at COTC in that program. After my first year of basic classes, I started researching the different programs. I then looked into the digital media program because I looooove working on computers. After attending a meeting with the advisor, I made my decision. This is my first year of being into the program, and so far, I love it.
I hate to listen to other people complain about how they hate their jobs. Because of this, I made sure that I picked something that I enjoy to do. I mean, a job is always gonna get old, but you should try to keep it interesting. So to future college students, I wish you luck on finding something you love to do. Choose wisely..
